Shipping


MIC Optical offer STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders and Express Shipping for extra paid orders.

Each order will takes 3-5 business days for processing and handling, 10-25 days for free shipping and 4-7 days for express shipping.

We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address. So please verify your shipping address during checkout. 

Normally it takes about 4-7 business days for express shipping and about 10 - 25 days to standard deliver depending on different countries and areas, please be aware that we have no control in shipping process.

For security purposes, we're unable to redirect the package once it has been shipped. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unexpected circumstances.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Any out-of-stock eyewear may take 45 to 65 days to produce, notification will be sent to customers.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If you want to cancel your order please contact us at info@micopticalsourcing.com or 720-238-2922 within 2 hours after you placed the order by sending us email from your register email. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund, but due to the specialized nature of prescription lens and blue light blocking lens, we may still charge the part of lens after 12 hours of payment. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
Refunds
There is refund amount difference between prescription glasses, blue light blocking glasses and non-prescription glasses. You'll get full refund of non-prescription glasses. Due to the specialized nature of prescription lens and blue light blocking lens, customized lenses are non-refundable. We’re not responsible for prescriptions that are incorrect due to the customer providing inaccurate prescriptions or pupillary distance (PD) measurements, or any other inaccurate information. The extra shipping costs are non-refundable once the package has been shipped. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we received and confirmed your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will issue refund after your reconfirmation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for your original order.
Late or missing refundsIf you haven’t received a refund in after a few days, please contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all these steps and still haven’t received the refund. Please contact info@micopticalsourcing.com.

Return And/Or Exchanges Terms 

Retailer shall provide customers with the information notes and/or leaflets, if any, delivered with MIC OPTICAL product they have purchased. Retailer shall provide after-sale service and maintenance expeditiously. Retailer shall respect and observe the warranty policies in effect with respect to MIC OPTICAL product, as may be revised from time to time and notified in writing to retailer. Retailer shall cooperate fully and promptly with MIC OPTICAL in case of a general recall procedure of defective MIC OPTICAL product. 

We accept return on products. Customer has the right to apply for return within 90 days after delivery. Please contact info@micopticalsourcing.com for return validation and make sure to follow the return instructions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When you do returns we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty - Frames

All MICeyewears.com frames carry a full manufacturer's warranty for a period of 1 year. Any defective could be returned and have full credit with original condition. 

Term

This agreement shall remain in effect for one (1) year, commencing on the date retailer executes this agreement. This agreement will automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods unless either party provides written notice by letter, fax or e-mail to the other of its intention not to renew this agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of any such renewal period.

Payment Terms

Payment is due per terms of invoice. Deductions for returned product will not be accepted. Authorized returned will be credited after inspection and approval by MIC optical and in accordance with the MIC optical eyewear return policy.

Tax Exemptions 

A valid state tax exemption certificate must be on file with MIC optical to exclude tax by state law on appropriate products. Retroactive reimbursement of a valid state exemption certificate is limited to a maximum of six moths from date of request.

Welcome to MICeyewears.com(hereafter referred to as ‘MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC’ or ‘MIC OPTICAL’). By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'). This agreement is in effect as of March 1, 2019. We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide for you, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as 'Resources'), you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement and (b) applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.

You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up-to-date.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account(s).

c. Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide is strictly prohibited. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical, or unconventional means.

d. Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

e. Attempting to copy, duplicate, reproduce, sell, trade, or resell our Resources is strictly prohibited.

f. You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.

g. We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsletter, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share or otherwise distribute any content that:

 

i. Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, abusive, harassing, degrading, intimidating, fraudulent, deceptive, invasive, racist, or contains any type of suggestive, inappropriate, or explicit language;

ii. Infringes on any trademark, patent, trade secret, copyright, or another proprietary right of any party;

iii. Contains any type of unauthorized or unsolicited advertising;

iv. Impersonates any person or entity, including any MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC. employees or representatives.

 

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that we feel, in our judgment, does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal and consent to waive any claim against us.

 

h. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display, and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources.

i. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Limitation of Warranties

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are "as is" and "as available." This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:

 

i. The use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements;

ii. The use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from errors;

iii. The information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable; and

iv. Any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.

Furthermore, you understand and agree that:

v. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.

vi. no information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral, or written, obtained by you from MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.

Copyrights/Trademarks

All content and materials available on www.MICeyewears.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of MICeyewears.com and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC.

Termination of Use

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

THE POLICIES STATED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND OF ALL OTHER LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS ON THE PART OF MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC. MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MIC OPTICAL SOURCING INC DEIES THE RIGHT OF ANY PERSON TO INCUR OR ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALES OF ANY MIC OPTICAL EYE WEARS.

MIC Optical will in no event be liable or obligated for the payment of any special, incidental, or consequential damages. Any action against MIC optical for any alleged breach of this sales policy must be commenced within one year.

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. MICeyewears.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

The policy provisions stated herein are offered by MIC optical sourcing, Inc only to its customers. There are not intended for, nor may there be enforced by, wearers of MIC optical eyewear. 

Miscellaneous 

MIC optical sales agreements, and any amendments, must writing and on a MIC optical standard form, or signed by the President of MIC optical sourcing, Inc.
